 WHEN WILL I GET MY STUFF?

 All orders are custom-made and this fulfilment stage takes 1-5 days (including weekends). Once your order is ready, it will be shipped the same day. Postage time varies, depending on your location but in normal times it should be 6-8 business days in Europe. Please be aware though, that shipping times are subject to unpredictable delays at the moment due to the pandemic. Everyone in the process is working as hard as they can to get your order to you as soon as possible, so please be patient.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes. Once the order has been fulfilled, it will ship the same day and we will send you a tracking number by email.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

 Currently, during the Covid-19 epidemic, we are only shipping to Europe:

  • A, B, C–Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic
  • D, E, F–Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France
  • G, H, I, J–Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Jersey
  • LM, N–Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands
  • P, S–Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Sweden
  • U, V–Ukraine, United Kingdom, Vatican City

EFTA STATES

  • Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland

 CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

 The moment your order is placed, we send it to production, usually instantaneously! This guarantees fast delivery & efficient production times, but unfortunately leaves little room to fix any errors.

However, we want you to be completely happy with your items, so if you change your mind once you receive your order, we have a 14 days, no quibble, return policy.

 WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

 We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you have to contact us at rabbitonthemoon.com@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note – customers are responsible for return postage of items.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
